NTREIS RapMLS uses a flexible, easy-to-maintain table structure
that is customizable in your MLS. In addition to feature options,
every item in your listing profile, from the property types
available to the kinds of rooms a listing can have, is entered
into these setup tables and can be easily modified. This table-driven
approach makes your MLS extremely flexible, and puts you in
control.
An efficient menu bar makes getting around NTREIS RapMLS fast
and easy. Agents can access MLS functions quickly from anywhere
in the system.
Other features of NTREIS RapMLS are:
- Search Listings
A variety of searches are available to help you find listings
efficiently, even across property types, from quick searches
to more advanced search criteria, including amenities. A Map
Search lets you find listings by selecting an area on a physical
map. Other specialized search options let you specify address,
radius, Tax ID, listing number, and/or many other criteria.
The system lets you name and save unlimited sets of search criteria,
for easy access later. You can also set up a Custom Search with
just the fields you want, in the order you choose.
- Contact Management
Build a database of all your contacts, and save search criteria
for each of your prospects. You can track phone/address/e-mail
information, notes, dates and comments on properties shown,
and even tasks and appointments for each contact.
- Auto-Prospecting
On a 24/7 basis, the system can automatically send e-mail notification
to agents and their prospects, if desired, whenever new or revised
listings match the prospect's saved search criteria.
- Attached Documents
Attach disclosures or other documents to a listing via fax or
PDF, and other agents can view them from the listing detail
page.
- Reverse Prospecting
Match real or hypothetical listing data against prospects' searches
system-wide. This software protects all confidential prospect
information, while allowing agents to easily find new leads
for their listings.
- Agent Preferences
Agents can choose search defaults and set a variety of software
preferences to make the MLS work best for them. Agents can also
upload their photograph, maintain their own personal data, and
much more.
- Maps
Multiple listings can be displayed on a resizable street map,
and the map can be printed. Aerial photographs provide agents
with another exciting property view.
