NEW TRENDMAP REPORT IN INNOVIA

NTREIS INTEGRATES LATEST TECHNOLOGY FOR TRENDMAP REPORT

In a continued effort to bring you the latest technology and improve your InnoVia MLS system, NTREIS is pleased to introduce a new TrendMap Report. This new tool will allow you to view listing statistics on a map, using colored graphical representations for specific areas and certain stats including Number of Listings, Median Price, Median Price/SqFt, and Median Days on Market.

Access the TrendMap Report from the Reports menu in InnoVia, or via the TrendMap button on the InnoVia Home Page.

Once the TrendMap loads, you can move and zoom the map using the map controls, or click-and-drag to move the map, or use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out.

Adjust the statistics or the preferred area of the map using the links under the Legend on the right side of the map.

Use the Search Criteria link to adjust the criteria that the TrendMap is using. This allows you to search by Property Category, Status, or Area. Any changes that you make to the criteria will be saved as the default on your TrendMap report.

 
A breakdown of all of the statistics will also be included under the map. Clicking the link for the number of listings will load a map of just those listings.
