ANNOUNCING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL INNOVIA

NEW DESKTOP TOOL FOR NTREIS INNOVIA USERS

Personal InnoVia is a distributed database. This means that the database you normally search over the Internet is reproduced on your PC’s hard drive. It allows you to access and utilize MLS information without a constant internet or dial-up connection.

You can expect Personal InnoVia to function very similarly to the online version of NTREIS InnoVia. There are, however, some differences between the two systems:

·         Prospecting is not available in Personal InnoVia. All prospecting is done in NTREIS InnoVia.

·         There are fewer reports available in Personal InnoVia.

The Personal InnoVia download can be found under the MISC menu.

The download page will contain some basic instructions and guide you through the process step by step. Basically you need to save and run the setup file. Upon logging in the first time, you will go through a few configurations steps to register your copy, and set up your areas and update options.

Once those are set, you can close the program. The system will email you when your data is ready to be downloaded.
