NTREIS is always searching for ways to help brokers and agents work more efficiently. One of the ways available is to begin storing your transactions, documents and emails online. NTREIS Transactions can now archive the complete transaction, not just documents, to help you move to a paperless environment (with the rest of society). Remember, less paper also means less storage room that will be needed. The more you can save on a small CD (instead of a large file drawer), the more space you have for the important office equipment (like that new cappuccino machine)!

| The New File Creation Wizard |

The new file creation was released on May 12th. The changes will save steps, making it easier and faster to import your MLS information and create a new file.
- No more pop up windows while creating a file: The New File Creation Wizard (NFCW) has been modified. It no longer has a pop up window and will open in your existing screen.
- Less clicks to open a file: We have reduced the wizard from 3 pages to 2 and put all the required fields in the area currently called Required File Information.
- Additional Information On the first page If you would like to add additional information that would normally be displayed on page 2, you can add it to the Optional File Information section. You may now choose to enter the required information and create your file or proceed to the Add To Do’s page like you can currently do.
