Now, users have the ability to create and print multiple fax coversheets from one screen!  By using the same feature used to select multiple documents to upload, users can also select multiple documents to create fax coversheets.  Once you’ve selected your documents, click on the new Create Coversheet(s)  link on top of the document list.  A screen will then display all of the fax coversheets that were created.   A handy “Print” icon has been added to make printing easier.

This is something every broker/agent should be anxious to use!  You can now create a Transaction Archive Report which can contain all the information of a transaction including:

• Transaction Cover Page
• Documents (Current and Previous Versions)
• Participants
• To Do’s
• Service Orders
• File History
• Communications and more….

From the File Summary page, click on the new Archive Report link.  A screen will then be displayed that allows you to select the version and the contents of your archive report.  The report can be customized to include only information relevant to a Buyer or a Seller or it can be a comprehensive archive of your transaction.  The report can be personalized with your photo and your office’s logo and can be emailed to your client or saved on your hard drive and then copied to a CD for archiving.

The report itself is an indexed PDF file.  You can easily view different sections of the report with the click of your mouse.
